For greater flexibility, the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.Configuration is supported by 4 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.WGate driversh a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.It's configured with 14 terminations.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 12V.A board with 14 component pins is available.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 36V.
