For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 6.8V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number ISL6615.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
