There is greater flexibility with the 12-VQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a package in the form of Tube.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 9V~15V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.-40°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The configuration starts with 12 terminations.The base part number ISL6700 refers to a number of related parts.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.The interface chip of the system is FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 80V.
