ISL6741IVZ-T Overview
In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 2 outputs. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 9V~16V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at Up to 1MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
