Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc controls with 9V~16V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~105°C TA. Switching can be done at Up to 2MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Frequency Control is included in the dcdc regulator.
