ISL6845IB-T Overview


With its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 9V~16V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~105°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 2MHz position. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
