ISL6845IUZ-T Overview
The switching controller fits in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 9V~16V and has a 9V~16V supply voltage. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~105°C TA is the -40°C~105°C TArm. Switching can be done at Up to 2MHz with this switching controller.
