ISL78220ANEZ Overview
Capsuled in the 44-TQFP Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 6 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tray is used to package the PMIC. A total of PWM Signal dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. DC control operates at 4.75V~5.25V volts and has 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at 75kHz~1MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at QUAD. An array of 44 terminations of dc switching. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis 12V volts.
