ISL8013AIRZ-T7A Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. There is a switching frequency of 1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v.
