ISL8103IRZ Overview
In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 3 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~12.6V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 1.5MHz position. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position.
