ISL8104CRZ-T Overview
Capsuled in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 7.6V~15.4V. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. Switching can be done at 200kHz~1.5MHz with this switching controller.
