ISL8105CRZ Overview
Capsuled in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. Voltages 6.5V~14.4V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
