ISL8105IBZ Overview
Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 6.5V~14.4V. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. It can switch at 300kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
