ISL8115FRTZ Overview
Switching can be done at 1.5MHz with this switching controller. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Switching converter has a total of 24 pins. To ensure the reliability under power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set as 90 %. Because of DC switcher's Surface Mount, it is suitable for most prototype designs and applications. Switching controller operates at a frequency of 1.5MHz. DC regulator should be kept at a temperature of -40°C or higher. At a temperature around 125°C degrees Celsius, dc regulator should be running. It is planned to design voltage regulators switchings with 24 pins. For nominal working status, the input voltage can be set as 36V. This is an ideal solution for switching controllers with 30A inputs. It outputs a voltage of 5.5V when working normally. It runs on a 10mA supply current. There are 1 phases in this controller.
