ISL8117AFRZ Overview
In the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~60V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 100kHz~2MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. A variety of 16 terminations are available in dc switching. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 12V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. An input voltage of 4.5V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator. A maximum voltage of 60V is accepted by the dc to dc regulator as an input voltage.
