With its 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~60V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher.
