ISL8120CRZ-T Overview
The switching controller fits in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 3V~5.6V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 150kHz~1.5MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
