ISL8130IRZ-TK Overview
Capsuled in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~5.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 100kHz~1.4MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
