ISL83202IPZ Overview


For greater flexibility, the PDIP package is adopted.4 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The configuration is based on 16 terminations.In this case, Through Hole indicates how the device is to be mounted.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 12V.The interface chip of the system is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 1A that can be achieved.On the board, there are 16 component pins.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -55°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 6.4mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.For operation, it requires a voltage of 15V.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 8.5V.Currently, 1A is the current it outputs.A voltage of 6.4mA is used as the supply voltage.
