The DIP package provides greater flexibility.This configuration includes 4 drivers.There are 20 terminations to form the base of its configuration.You mount it with Through Hole.Devices have 20 pins available.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.The maximum output current can amount to 2.6A.A maximum operating temperature of 85°C is permissible.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.Its maximum operating voltage is 75V.This device is designed to operate with a voltage of 9.5V.In this case, the current output is 2.5A.The output voltage is set to 86.3V.
