ISL8391IBZ Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in SOIC, making it easy to ship abroad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Bulk is used. Total terminations are 16. As a result of its 1 channels, this electronic component provides high-quality output. If the voltage supply is 5V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. As part of its design, the 16 series is equipped with this electronic component. This digital multiplexer has 35Ohm internal resistance. To find out what the functions of 16 pins are, please refer to their datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 12V. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. 2V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 10nA current. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1μA, damage can occur. If put voltage greater than 6V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. A dual power supply should have at least 2V voltage attached. There are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this analog switch ic. This switch operates within the bandwidth of 300MHz. An environment with a temperature greater than 85°C should not be used to operate the digital switches. Its conductivity is 4-bit.
