ISL85003AFRZ-T7A Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 12 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 500kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 3A. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 18V.
