ISL8840AAUZ Overview
In the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 9V~30V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~105°C TA. It can switch at Up to 2MHz.
