ISL8840AMBZ Overview
Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 9V~30V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in a -55°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before.
