ISL8843MBZ-T Overview

With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 9V~30V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control.
