ISL91108IIAZ-T7A Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 20 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 20-UFBGA, WLCSP package to save space. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket.
