ISL91108IINZ-T7A Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 20 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-UFBGA, WLCSP package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2.6MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 3.3V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 3.7A Switch, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 3.7A Switch. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. With its peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the ISL91108 family.
