ISL9120IINZ-T7A Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Cut Tape (CT) package for optimized performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 9 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 9-UFBGA, WLCSP package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output current of 800mA makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 3.3V. There should be no temperature above or below 85°C at which the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature can be reached. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures must exceed -40°C.
