ISL9120IRTNZ Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 12 terminations were made. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 12-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.8V. Featuring a 800mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 3.3V volts.
