ISL9214IRZ-T Overview
DFN is the appropriate package for battery instrument. This system battery uses an analog integrated circuit (IC) called POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. Channels available are 1. Total pins are 10. The smart tools battery is packaged in a Tape & Reel case. For mounting, use Surface Mount. In this case, it's a Power Management Circuits family electronic part.
