ISL9444CRZ Overview
Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 3 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc controls with 4.5V~28V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a 0°C~85°C TA dc switcher.
