ISL9506HRZ-T Overview
With a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 3 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The system can process PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -10°C~100°C TA rating. Switching can be done at 200kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "ISL9506". Basically, it's a dc to dc voltage regulator from the Robust Ripple Regulator? (R3) series.
