There is greater flexibility with the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tube has been used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 10V~20V.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.-40°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.The maximum output current can amount to 1.8A.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 150°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.For operation, mosfet gate drivers has 1 channels.
