In order to increase flexibility, the package TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA is used.A packaging method of Bulk is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 8.5V~35V.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.There are 5 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*430.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.A voltage of 18V is required for its operation.In this case, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.As a maximum, there is 30A limit to the output current.The board contains 4 pins for component connections.The device is capable of delivering a current of 30A.2W dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.
