Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TA.Mosfet driver uses Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.An output current as high as 4A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.This device is capable of delivering 4A current.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.35V is its maximum operating voltage.This device operates at 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage.Powered by 10μA volts, it operates on a constant current.In order to operate, it is configured with 2 channels.
