Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).There are 2 drivers installed for this device.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate type.-40°C~125°C TA is the allowed temperature range for this device.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 4A.For its basis, 2 outputs are integrated.The device is capable of delivering a current of 4A.125°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.The supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value for operation.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.The power supply voltage for this device is set to 10μA.
