There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.By using 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.-55°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.The input type is Inverting.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.An output current as high as 14A can be achieved at maximum power.For its basis, 1 outputs are integrated.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.During operation, the supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.
