IXMS150PSI Overview
Capsuled in the 24-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For outputs of 2, this dc motor controller is suitable. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 12V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 10kHz~400kHz. The Through Hole value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control. An analog IC with the STEPPER MOTOR CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. 24 terminations with a variety of function. IXMS150 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. If you start a project, note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current of 10mA. There is 400kHz frequency setting on the switching controller. The supply voltage must be 12V. It is important that the controller is supplied with 45mA more than 45mA volts of current.
