There is greater flexibility with the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.Using a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number IXS839.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 10 when designing the chip.An output current as high as 4A can be achieved at maximum power.There can be a voltage up to 24V on the high-side (Bootstrap).The basis of the model has 2 outputs integrated.An output current of 2A is supported.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 85°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.This device operates at its maximum voltage of 5.5V.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.
