JAN1N5297-1 Overview
Package Bulk includes buck boost converter.oltage regulator is packaged in such a way that DO-204AA, DO-7, Axial would understand.A mounting hole is provided for Through Hole to mount this current regulator. There should be a limcurrent regulator to the operating temperature of -65°C~175°C.Voltages of 100V Max can be input as input voltages in this module. It is mounted by Through Hole on this current regulator.Taking into account the output current of 1mA, it is able to provide maximum design flexibility for the designer. As long as 100V is supplied with the maximal voltage, the buck boost converter will work.An example of this type of FPGA is the Military, MIL-PRF-19500/463 series. To ensure its reliability, the boost controller operates at its maximum operating temperature, 175°C.Operation should take place at a temperature greater than -65°C.
