JANTX1N5304-1 Overview
Including buck boost converter in package Bulk is a good idea.In the same manner as DO-204AA, DO-7, Axial, voltage regulator is packaged.Current regulator is mounted by Through Hole. The operating temperature should not exceed -65°C~175°C.Voltages of 100V Max can be input as input voltages in this module.Using Through Hole as a mounting system, this current regulator is mounted. The output current of 1.8mA makes it a very flexible power converter when it comes to design. As long as 100V is supplied with the maximum voltage, it is supported. An example of this type of FPGA is the Military, MIL-PRF-19500/463 series. To ensure reliability, it operates at the maximum operating temperature of 175°C.The operating temperature should be greater than -65°C.
