JANTX1N5311-1 Overview
Buck boost converter is included in the package Bulk.In the same manner as DO-204AA, DO-7, Axial, voltage regulator is packaged.A mounting hole is provided for Through Hole to mount this current regulator. There should be a limcurrent regulator to the operating temperature of -65°C~175°C.Current regulator is possible to use a voltage input of 100V Max for the input. The current regulator is mounted on the Through Hole axis. The output current of 3.6mA makes it feature maximum design flexibility. As long as 100V is supplied with the maximum voltage, it is supported. These FPGAs belong to the Military, MIL-PRF-19500/463 series. It operates with the maximal operating temperature of 175°C to ensure its reliability. For the operation of the boost controller, a temperature greater than -65°C should be used.
