Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 68-BPGA packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Tray. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 64 dB. A 2/3 inch format image sensor is specified.
