40-BCPGA packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. In order to minimize the risk of damage to the image sensors, we will package them in the Tray. There should be the dynamic range of 65 dB on the image sensor.
