71-BCPGA packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V supplied by the image sensors. It is intended to protect these image sensors from damage by enclosing them in the Bulk. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 70.5 dB. A 71 pin image sensor is used.
