KMPC8358VRAGDDA Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in BGA for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. There is 400MHz frequency set for the CPU. For information about 668 pins, please refer to the datasheet. Generally, data transfer takes place at a rate of 32b bandwidth. Temperatures above 105°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. A 1-core CPU is used here. CPU frequency should reach 400MHz. As of 1.2V, the CPU microprocessor is capable of functioning.
