The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in BGA. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Bulk. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Overall, there are 256 terminations. Using a 1.8V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run.
