The embedded microprocessor has been packed in BGA for convenient overseas shipping. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. 80MHz is the frequency of the CPU. Please refer to the datasheets for 357 pins functions. For data transfer, there is 32b bandwidth available.
