KMPC862TCVR80B Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in BGA for convenient overseas shipping. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. 80MHz is the frequency of the CPU. Please refer to the datasheets for 357 pins functions. For data transfer, there is 32b bandwidth available. An environment with temperatures higher than 115°C should not be used for the CPU microprocessor. A CPU with 1 cores. In this case, the CPU should reach 80MHz as its top frequency. As of 3.3V, the CPU microprocessor is capable of functioning. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 8kB.
