KMPC870ZT133 Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in BGA for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Bulk. It is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Overall, there are 256 terminations. When the voltage supply is 1.8V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. This microprocessor has an architecture of 32 bits. 133MHz is the CPU's frequency. Datasheets for 256 pin functions can be found here. A typical Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. Generally, data transfer takes place at a rate of 32b bandwidth. An environment with a temperature higher than 95°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor.
