KMPC875VR66 Overview
With a packing size of BGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. A MICROPROCESSOR, RISC represents the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 256. When the voltage supply is 1.8V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. In terms of architecture, it is a 32-Bit system. A 66MHz frequency is used by the CPU. Please refer to the datasheets for 256 pins functions. This microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 32b. An environment with temperatures higher than 95°C should not be used for the CPU microprocessor. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 256 pins injected into them. A 1-core CPU is used here. CPU frequency should reach 66MHz. From 1.8V, the micro processor can be used.
